New Soaps to Anita's La La Land

In Taiwan, people call pistachio "Happy Nut" for the open shell looks like a happy face. :)

Pistachio oil is not only good for skin, it's also good for hair. It is rich in vitamin A, vitamin E and anti-inflammatory properties reducing the inflammation in the scalp. It contains hair benefiting fatty acids to stimulate the growth of healthy strands. Also it is an excellent sun screen which offers protection from UV rays and harmful free radicals. So we blended precious pistachio oil in this shampoo bar soap and scented with uplifting pink grapefruit oil.

This shampoo bar smells nice, works well and makes you happily hair after.

This scrub soap contains the beauty secret, Lulur powder, which is from Java, Indonesia. Lulur powder included many herbal and fragrant botanicals such as Java coffee, coconut powder, rice flour, turmeric, sandalwood powder, ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon powder, brown sugar, mung bean powder, etc. While exfoliating body, those ingredients not only scrub away the dead cells, they also stimulate the blood circulation. I also added colloidal oatmeal powder for its soothing effect. This scrub soap will make your skin smooth, soft and radiant.

Mandi Lulur (Lulur Bath), a traditional herbal body treatment from island of Java, Indonesia. Originally, it’s the most luxurious body treatment for the royal princess before wedding ritual. The beauty treatment starts with a relaxing massage, followed with a full body scrub (by the Lulur powder) then a moisturising yoghurt body mask and a romantic floral bath at the end.

Calendula is a flower that is typically used in herbal remedies for cuts, bruises, burns, and inflammation. Oil or ointment made with calendula is an emollient that is soothing and softening to the skin as well. The calendula I used in this soap was infused in extra virgin olive oil for more than one year the benefits of the herb are highly extracted.

I also blended goat's milk in this extra moisturizing bar. Goat’s milk has been used for centuries as a natural emollient, it helps to soothe and moisturize skin. Goat's milk contains vitamins A, B6, B12, E etc. and beta casein which assist in the re-hydration and rejuvenation of the skin. The capric and caprylic acids will also help to balance the ph and moisturize, particularly with dry skin.

This bar is scented with a soothing essential oil blend of lavender, sweet orange and benzoin.

Jasmine has been referred to as the King of oils (Rose is the Queen). It is said to have wonderful aphrodisiac properties. Sensual, soothing, calming that promotes love and peace.

We blended precious jasmine wax to Jasmine Wedding soap. It has many healing properties and is used as an anti-inflammatory agent, as an antiseptic and as a sedative. It encourages cell growth and increases skin elasticity. Jasmine Wax is prescribed by herbalists to aid in the healing of minor to moderate burns. We also love the sweet and floral aroma of jasmine!
